Daliy repairs include the newest Apple G3, iMac, laptops, Hewlett Packard, QMS, ink-jet and laser printers, and Umax scanners. Other duties include handling technical support calls, data recovery, upgrades, on-site repair, and virus removal. Also included is the installation of ISDN, T1, and cable modems, back-up programs and FileMaker databases, including the company customer service database. Networking capabilities include combining multi-platform machines on the same network for major local businesses.

Started as temporary assembler, hired in as full time QC inspector and Environmental Lab Tech. Tested sensors for a variety of uses on many commercial and governmental aircraft. Created software to save time and money for labeling individual parts which currently are in use by many military and commercial aircraft. Created circuits for quicker and more efficient testing of sensors for those aircraft. Assisted in solving problems and faults with current sensors which helped with future engineering. Utilized test circuits for environmental testing of sensors under many conditions, including temperature, random and sine vibration (which simulated gravitational force upon the sensors as they would encounter in real-life situations).
